The eBay Stores page is accessed from Settings > Stores and Listings
Depending on your subscription, you may have one or more stores.
The page will show you a list of the existing stores you have setup. If this is new, then it will be blank.
Each store row will display the:
- Type - this is typically "eBay" for now
- SellerID - The Seller ID of the store
- Site - the selected site (e.g. ebay.com.au)
- Currency - the currency of the site
- Ref Location - PostCode or State used as reference
- Auth Token - the expiry date of the authorised token from eBay
- Active - the status of the store
- AutoPrice - the status of AutoPrice master switch
- Listed - number of listed items
Add Store
To add a store, click on the "+" button. You must have on hand the Seller ID and Password of the store.
Select the eBay site, for example ebay.com, ebay.com.au or ebay.co.uk, etc. This selection is important as you could use one Seller ID to list on more than one eBay site. The currency for the site listed on will then be selected.
The ZIP/PostCode reference is important (for Australia, please select a State). This is used as the common point to calculate postage for the domain.
Click Next
Agree and you will be taken to eBay's page where you will be asked to sign in to eBay authorise a token.
Note that the secure URL on your browser will be eBay's.
Upon sign in and giving permission you will be taken back to StreetPricer. The authorized token will be stored as well as the expiry date of the token. By default, your added store will be marked "Active" and ready for AutoPrice.
You will be brought to the respective sites instead, (e.g. eBay or PayPal) to log in and provide authorisation there.
Edit Store
There is seldom any need to edit a store, unless a token needs to be renewed or you want to turn the store inactive or turn off AutoPrice for the entire store. If you made a mistake with the domain or need to change the PostCode or State, you can also do it here.
Please note that the AutoPrice checkbox here behaves like a master switch for the store. This does not mean everything will start repricing as other conditions for AutoPrice has to be met and AutoPrice can be toggled on/off on individual items.
Unchecking AutoPrice here will turn OFF repricing for the whole store.
