There are a few types of listings that cannot be and should not be repriced with StreetPricer:
- Promotions* - handled by Promotions Manager or Markdown Manager. See notes below. There are 2 behaviours for this.
- Best Offer - The ability for a buyer to make an offer, followed by an automatic acceptance or a counter offer.
- Auctions - We do not handle auctions at all.
e.g.
Promotions* and Best Offers come with their own specific criteria, and cannot have any change in price, or has a criteria for the price change (like "Auto Accept Price has to be lower than Buy it Now price").
As such eBay will reject such attempts to revise prices from StreetPricer or in the case of price increase of a sale item - remove the item from the sale.
According to eBay.
Any increase of an item's price by StreetPricer WILL remove that item from a sale. You can BLOCK price increases on your Review your sale event page. Lowering an item's price will be be rejected by eBay.
If you have such items, please uncheck the AutoPrice box on StreetPricer for the individual items. e.g.
